Hawaiian Salmon Poke Bowl

Indulge in the fresh flavours of the Aloha State with our signature Hawaiian Salmon Poke Bowl cooked fresh to order. Fresh salmon is marinated in a sweet and savoury mixture of soy sauce, honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh herbs.

Served with a substantial amount of rice noodles, edamame beans, cucumber, mixed peppers, pickled red onion and carrots, with the sweetness of seared pineapple chunks, all served on a bed of baby spinach, sprinkled with a smattering of black and white sesame seeds, with a sweet and sour Asian dressing.
