Our Chilli con Carne is made with minced beef, onions, garlic, beans and a mix of spices, simmered gently to allow the flavours to meld, creating a thick, saucy texture, served with a simple yet aromatic side dish that features rice cooked with finely chopped onions, enhancing the natural sweetness of the rice with a subtle onion flavour. It pairs well with the spiciness of the chilli con carne, providing a contrasting yet complementary element to the meal.

A fresh, tangy salsa made from diced tomatoes, onions, fresh coriander, garlic and lime juice cuts through the richness of the chilli offering a contrast in texture and flavour.
